This is the 3rd time I have ordered it. This time I got 3 tubs - it's that good! I use it to make protein pancakes 4-5 times a week. The ISO Plant is so thick that it doesn't require Xantham gum, The ratio for the recipe is 4 oz liquid egg whites and 1/4 tsp baking powder to 1 scoop of protein (I normally mae a triple size batch after my morning workout). It makes the lightest & fluffiest pancakes imaginable - you can't tell the difference between these pancakes and those made the traditional way with flour...except these are super low carb.
