Have questions about your order, shipping, or returns? Click a question below to see the answer.

Because we ship so quickly, we cannot change an order after it has been placed, including the shipping address.

We ship all orders out within 1–2 business days.

If your package has left our facility, we no longer have control over it. When you click on your tracking number, you will be able to see who the carrier is. From there you can take next steps.

If your package shows as “Delivered” but you haven't received it:

  • First confirm your delivery address in your order confirmation.
  • Check to see if there is a delivery photo. Sometimes carriers try to “hide” the package to keep it safe for you. See if you recognize where the package was left.
  • If your address is correct and you do not recognize the delivery spot, reach out to the carrier first to see if they can help you track down the package.
  • Check with your neighbors — sometimes it is accidentally left with them.
  • If you still are not able to get your package, please contact us at info@ketoshop.com.

If your package is running late:

  • Please wait 4 business days after the estimated delivery date to allow for any carrier delays.
  • If you still have not received your package, please first reach out to your carrier — they can try to help you track it down.
  • If it has been stagnant in its shipping progress for 4 days or more past the estimated delivery date and your carrier cannot provide further information, please contact us at info@ketoshop.com.
