Add sweetener of choice to bring out the flavor (trial and error here to see how much to use)
Water or almond milk/low carb milk to thin
Mix all dry ingredients together except for the coffee granules and cocoa powder. Mix all wet ingredients together and add to the dry ingredients. Divide into 2 halves, add coffee and cocoa to one half and mix. Alternate adding the two separate batters randomly into a greased Bundt pan or loaf pan.
Bake at 350F for 35-45 min.
Cool completely before glazing.
