This is the famous Buffalo Chicken Dip from Keto Diesel with amazing taste AND macros! Each serving has 30 grams protein, 2.5 grams of fat and only 3 grams of carbs! This recipe is the perfect dip, side dish or just eat as a full meal. Amazing! Must try.
32 oz chicken breast
16 oz low fat, 1% cottage cheese
3.5 oz fat free cheddar
2.5 oz turkey pepperoni
Hot Sauce (Frank's): Use as much as you like, 12 oz works well here
Blend/Mash up chicken with food processor to desired texture.
Add in cottage cheese and hot sauce, keep mixing
Slowly add cheese and pepperoni
Add everything to a 9x9 glass baking dish.
Bake for 20 min at in oven, pre- heated at 375-400°, take out stir everything with a fork and put back in oven for 2-3 minutes. Remove and let cool before transferring to a container.
Add as a side dish to your next meal :)
This recipe can have dozens of versions and optional ingredients. Can you use low or regular fat cottage cheese or Greek yogurt in place of cottage cheese. Use regular pepperoni use bacon, or none at all. For added flavor use full fat cheddar even though the hot sauce brings out a great taste even with such low fat and carbs. Can use canned chicken, rotisserie chicken, package pre cooked grilled chicken, etc.
The protein powder is optional but makes for a great texture especially if recipe is too watery.
Final recipe and macros all comes down to how fatty or lean you want the resulting recipes to be.
