Make crispy keto tortilla chips using protein powder for a high-protein, low carb snack perfect for dipping. Easy recipe with simple ingredients and big crunch.
Serve with:

1 scoop KetoGenics Zero Carb Protein (unflavored recommended)
½ cup finely shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp almond flour (super fine)
1 egg white
1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
½ tsp sea salt
Optional Seasoning Ideas
Chili powder
Smoked paprika
Garlic powder
Taco seasoning
Lime zest + salt for chili lime chips
Preheat oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine protein powder, almond flour, salt, and any spices.
Add shredded cheese, egg white, and oil. Mix until a soft dough forms.
Place dough between two sheets of parchment and roll very thin, about 1–2 mm thick for the best crunch.
Cut into triangles using a knife or pizza cutter.
Transfer pieces to baking sheet, spacing slightly apart.
Bake 12–16 minutes, rotating halfway, until edges are a golden color.
Turn oven off and let chips sit inside with the door cracked for 5–10 minutes to crisp further.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature up to 3 days. Re-crisp in oven if needed.
