Make a low-carb chocolate-covered nut dessert in minutes. This no-bake recipe uses sugar-free chocolate, toasted nuts, and our KetoGenics collagen creamer for a creamy finish.

1 ½ cups mixed nuts (almonds, pecans, macadamias, hazelnuts, your call)
¾ cup sugar-free chocolate chips or chopped sugar-free chocolate
1 tbsp coconut oil or cocoa butter
2–3 tbsp KetoGenics Grass-Fed Collagen Creamer (Peanut Butter Cup flavor)
½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Pinch of flaky salt
Toast nuts (optional but worth it): 325°F for 8–10 min. Cool fully.
Melt chocolate: Microwave in 20–30 sec bursts (stir between) until smooth. Stir in coconut oil/cocoa butter.
Make it creamy: Whisk in the Collagen Creamer until the chocolate looks slightly thicker and satin-smooth.
Coat + cluster: Fold in nuts. Scoop onto parchment (about 1–2 tbsp each). Sprinkle salt.
Set: Fridge 20–30 min until firm.
Want a "fancy" version for a party or dinner? Toss in unsweetened coconut flakes or cacao nibs before setting
Want it to be extra chocolate-y? Add 1 tsp cocoa powder.
