These healthy low carb and keto friendly pumpkin pie bars are a great low calorie treat! These tasty bars have just 31 calories per square! Eat one or eat them all with only 250 calories for the entire recipe!!
Entire recipe: (makes 8 squares)
Calories: 248, Protein: 22.4 gms, Net Carbs: 21.6 gms, Fat: 4 gms
Per 1 brownie/serving: (makes 8 squares)... or as we call it in my house ONE SERVING :)
Calories: 31, Protein: 2.8 gms, Net Carbs: 2.7 gms, Fat .5 gms
3 tbsp (45gms) Egg Whites
1 1/4 cup (284gms) Canned Pumpkin
2/3 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
70 gms Erythritol
2 gms Psyllium Husk Powder
1 tsp (2.6) ground cinnamon
1 tsp (2.3gms) Nutmeg
3 tsp (5gms) Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2 tsp (3gms) Salt
Mix wet ingredients in a bowl, mix thouroughly.
Mix dry ingriedints into mixed wet ingredeitns.
Pour into a load/bread pan and bake at 350°F for 35 minutes or until set.
Cool in fridge for approx 1 hour, cut in squares....or just eat the whole darn thing :)
