These Healthy Air Fryer French Toast Sticks are so yummy with 8 grams of protein and 1.2gms of carbs per stick! Not only are healthy but they are full of flavor and super easy to fit into your keto or low carb diet. The taste will knock your socks off with how easy and fool-proof it is to make perfect French toast!
Mix egg whites, egg beaters, milk, vanilla, vanilla cupcake protein, peanut butter powder, erythritol, cinnamon and nutmeg in a blender until combined and then add to a container for dipping bread into.
Cut bread into 3 slices each
Mix brown sugar swerve, erythritol and cinnamon and set aside.
Dip bread slices in mixture and allow to sit for 20 seconds and then flip.
Add bread slices to silicon or parchment lined air fryer and set timer for 6-7 min. Flip and bake another 3 min.
Remove and sprinkle brown sugar mixture on top
Enjoy with sugar free maple syrup
Note: use parchment paper or silicon mat so it doesn’t make a mess of your air fryer.
