The most amazing low-carb and keto friendly cinnamon bread recipe with 15 grams of protein and only 2 grams of net carbs per slice! This cinnamon swirl protein bread is sugar-free, grain-free and totally keto friendly. The cinnamon bread is the perfect alternative to high fat and high carb cinnamon raisin bread. Great for an afternoon snack or yummy breakfast. Toast and add some butter for a yummy low carb, healthy treat!
40 grams de-fatted almond flour (can also use regular almond flour but note the added fat grams)
50 grams all-purpose flour replacement recipe - Ketogenics recipe.
50 grams Erythritol
4 tsp Baking Powder
130 grams (250ml) egg whites
270 grams - Greek Yogurt 0% Fat
250ml Unsweetened Cashew or Almond Milk
3 tsp Ground Cinnamon
Mix dry ingredients except cinnamon
Add wet ingredients and mix until smooth
Portion out half of the batter into a 2nd bowl and add cinnamon
Pour 1/3 of plan batter into bottom of parchment lined loaf pan, add 1/2 cinnamon batter and swirl with a knife. Repeat until batter is gone.
Bake at 350F for 45-50 min. Internal temperate should be 200 - 205F
Allow to cool before cutting. Store in refriderator.
