We recently launched back in November 2022 the new IsoPlant Brownie Batter Flavor plant protein powder and it has slowly become our top selling flavor of protein in such a short amount of time! So, making some treats with them was inevitable!
These easy to make low carb chocolate brownie batter truffles are low in carbs, high in protein and a delicious guilt-free treat! Only 1.6 grams of net carbs, 5.1 grams of protein and 66 calories per truffle make for the perfect low carb, keto friendly and taste bud friendly recipe!
25 gms Coconut Flour
20 gms Swerve (Erythritol) brown sugar replacement
150 gms Plain 0% Greek Yogurt
120 gms Lily's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Baking Chips
15 gms Lily's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Baking Chips
Combine and mix all dry ingredients in food processor. Add Greek yogurt and mix until a ball of dough forms
Put in refrigerator for about an hour.
Remove from ridge and make into 10 even sized balls. (~35gms each)
Melt chocolate chips and coat balls.
Refrigerate until firm. Store in fridge.
