1tb sesame seed oil
14 oz coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 large onion chopped
1 pound ground pork
1/4 cup soy sauce
Add ground pork to a skillet, break it apart with a wooden spoon and cook until browned over medium-high heat.
Add in garlic, cabbage/coleslaw mix, onion and egg
Stir until everything is combined. Add the soy sauce and cook for a further 5 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
Remove the pan from the heat and serve and store the unused in a container.
