Ketogenics
This easy to make chicken and waffles recipe is high in protein and much tastier than the high carb version. These Keto Protein Waffles with only 2.5gms of carbs are the perfect breakfast, dinner or guilt free snack.
1 scoop (approx 30gms) of Ketogenics Unflavored Iso-Whey or Zero Carb protein powder
210 gms (1cup) of egg whites
8 oz shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
2 tbsp (16g) nutritional yeast
1 lb of canned or shredded chicken breast
Combine all ingredients - use mixer or mix by hand
Place mixed ingredients in waffle maker
Cook for approx 10 min or until machine beeps
Eat plain or add your favorite toppings or make a sandwich out of it
Let chicken cook for at least 10 minutes or when machine beeps that it is done. Do NOT open waffle maker too early as the uncooked ingredients will stick and make a mess.
