This scrumptious chocolate peanut butter Lupin Protein Powder
Bars recipe is the perfect snack for anyone looking for a yummy and healthy
high protein and high fiber treat.
These homemade protein bars are vegan
friendly highly nutritious and the perfect substitute to high carb and fat
snack bars with the added benefit of keeping you fuller longer.
Makes 20 servings/bars
Serving size = 1 protein bar/36gm
Macros per protein bar:
Net Carbs: 1.5gm
200 gms Lupin Flakes
50 gms Pea Protein Crisps (can sub any various plant-based or vegan granola
140 gms Ketogenics Peanut Butter Cookie IsoPlant protein powder (around 3 3/4 scoops)
100 gms Erythritol sweetener (swerve)
35 gms Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
40 gms Peanut Butter Powder (PB2 PbFit, etc)
3/4 tbsp Aquafaba Powder Vegan & Plant Based Egg Substitute + 3/4 cup water (or other plant-based egg substitute)
1.5 cup cashew, oat or almond milk
Mix Aquafaba powder and water to an egg white consistency.
Mix Aquafaba/egg mixture together with all ingredients.
Spread mixture evenly on a greased 9x12" pan.
Bake for 400F for 10 minutes
Remove and cut in 20 even bars
Plant Protein powder was chosen not only for those who want a plant-based recipe but because of the awesome texture plant based protein powder has. If not adhering to a vegan/plant-based diet then can easily sub the IsoPlant with Whey Protein and use crush up IsoPoofs in place of the pea protein crisps along with liquid egg whites instead of the Aquafaba.
