These easy to make low carb chocolate chip cookie dough truffles are low in carbs, high in protein and a delicious guilt-free treat! Only 2.1 grams of net carbs, 7.9 grams of protein and 79 calories per truffle make for the perfect low carb, keto friendly and taste bud friendly healthy edible cookie dough recipe!
Macros for each truffle:
7.9 gms Protein
2.1 gms Net Carbs
3 gms Fat
45 gms Peanut Butter Powder
25 gms Coconut Flour
5 gms Swerve (Erythritol) brown sugar replacement
115 gms Plain 0% Greek Yogurt
60 gms Lily's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Baking Chips
15 gms Lily's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Baking Chips
Combine and mix all dry ingredients in food processor. Add Greek yogurt and mix until a ball of dough forms
Put in refridgerostor for 45-60 minutes. Take out and roll inro equal sized balls.
Melt remaining chocolate chips (15gms) and coat balls and refriddgerate until firm.
